The new 10,000 square foot headquarters for the Ocean City Beach Patrol (OCBP) is now move in ready.

The three-story facility is located on the corner of Talbot Street and South Philadelphia Avenue, which is directly across the street from its current building.

Ocean City mayor Rick Meehan says the 2,000,000 dollar was a much needed investment for the town.

“Our beach patrol is one of the most important services we have in ocean and, we wanted to make sure we provide them with the tools and equipment and facility they needed to operated.” Says Mayor Meehan.

We’re told Beach Patrol expects to be moved in by this fall.
