No charges for bicycle v vehicle crash in Ocean City

No charges have been filled, after a bicycle and a vehicle collided in Ocean City.

According to Ocean City Police, around 2:00 PM on Wednesday, a vehicle and a bicyclist were both driving down Philadelphia Avenue, when the vehicle attempted to turn right.

Police say the bicyclist couldn’t stop in time, and crashed into the vehicle. At this time, no charges have been filed, and authorities say they aren’t sure who is at fault.

The bicyclist refused treatment at the scene.
