Meet Elena Delle Donne, from Delaware
WNBA superstar Elena Delle Donne was first diagnosed with Lyme Disease in 2009. She was treated with antibiotics, but got extremely sick again in 2010. After many doctors visits, she was diagnosed by a nurse practitioner with Chronic Lyme Disease. She is still fighting this disease and has become an outspoken advocate for Lyme Disease Awareness.
