Juvenile fires a BB gun at several people
Chief W. Scott Collins of the Selbyville Police Department reports officers responded to a tip of a male subject threatening people with a handgun.
Collins says the incident happened in the area of Ellis Alley and Church St. Around 5:15 P.M. Friday evening. Police say the subject reportedly fired a BB/pellet gun in the direction of several people.
Police say they took a 16-year-old male into custody, and charged him with two counts of Aggrevated Menacing, two counts of Reckless Endangering, Poss. of a Dangerous Instrument, Disorderly Conduct, and Poss of Drug Paraphernalia.
