Greenwood man accused of inappropriately touching two children

A Greenwood man has been charged, after he apparently inappropriately touched two young girls.
Delaware State Police say they arrested 42-year-old Michael Bass, and charged him with one count of unlawful sexual contact 1st degree, and one count of unlawful sexual contact 2nd degree.
The charges are apparently the result of an investigation that started back in June, when Police say the first victim reported that she had been inappropriately touched while in the care of Bass. The investigation reportedly revealed that Bass touched a 10-year-old and a 14-year-old female victim, at an Adamsville Road home, in Greenwood, starting in May 2014 through June 2015.
During that time period, it was alleged that Bass had sexually touched both victims on two different occasions. After being charged, Bass was released on a $13,000 unsecured bond, pending further court action.
Police are asking anyone who feels they may have been a victim of Bass, to contact Detective S. Gray at 302-752-3807 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333.
