DSP issue Gold Alert for missing Wilmington man

The Delaware State Police say they are searching for 40-year-old Jason Lowe of Wilmington, who has been missing now for a few days.

According to reports, Lowe was last seen leaving the area of Kirkwood Highway at about 3:00 PM on Monday. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black shorts, and sneakers. Police say he also has a large scar on the side of his head.
