Del. State Police investigate fatal crash near Middletown

Delaware State Police are investigating a fatal crash north of Middletown.

Police say two vehicles apparently collided Saturday afternoon on Summit Bridge Road north of Marl Pit Road. Police say one person has died at the scene. Two other people were transported to a hospital with undetermined injuries.

Police closed the road and are investigating what caused the crash.
