Worc. Co. Teachers back at negotiating table

Worcester County Board of Education is back at the negotiating table with their teachers, after the County opted not to give teachers their raises in this year’s budget.

47 ABC reported earlier this week that the Board of Education would have to re-examine their budget to see if more cuts could be made to find teachers their money.

As of right now the Board says they cannot comment on the negotiations because they’re still ongoing.

The board says the next step is coming up with a ratified budget which will be voted on, on June 16.
