UPDATE: Delmar vehicle assault suspect identified

Police in Delmar say they have identified a man, who they say ran over someone several times.

The Delmar Police Department says they have identified a man that they have linked to an assault case, where the suspect ran over a person numerous times before leaving the scene. The assault reportedly happened in Delmar on Tuesday, around 2:30 PM.

Police say  after releasing photos, they were able to identify the man, but they have not released his name at this time. Details are limited, but we’ll bring more information as it becomes available.
