Two men charged after reportedly selling drugs to undercover officer at Firefly

Police in Dover say they arrested two Michigan men at a local music festival, on drug charges.
Dover Police say on Friday, around 3:45 PM, an undercover officer with their Department Drugs, Vice, and Organized Crime Unit, bought what the sellers claimed was “Molly” or MDMA in the Firefly camping lot. Officials say the substance ended up testing positive for mephedrone, which is also known as “flakka” or “bath salts.”
Police say they then arrested the sellers, 31-year-old Daniel Wood, and 39-year-old Dion McPherson. According to the report, during the arrests, Police found 44.1 grams of mephedrone, 58.8 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 225 doses of LSD, and 30.5 grams of marijuana, along with $3,397 in cash of suspected drug proceeds.
Both men were charged with possession of tier 5 quantity of mephedrone, possession of tier 5 quantity of psilocybin mushrooms, possession of tier 3 quantity of LSD, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, delivery of mephedrone, and conspiracy 2nd degree.
