Suspect sought after man reportedly robbed at gunpont in Dover Downs parking lot

Police in Dover are looking for information, after a man was robbed at gunpoint in a parking lot.

Dover Police say on Monday, just before midnight, a 39-year-old man was approached by a man armed with a handgun, in the parking lot of the Dover Downs Hotel and Casino on North DuPont Highway. According to the report, the man demanded money from the victim, at which the victim turned over an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police say the suspect, who is only described as about 5′ 8″ tall with dark hair, last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, and jeans, then fled in a black 4-door sedan.
