New Somerset County library gets donation

Our good news Monday comes from Somerset County.

Perdue Farms granted $10,000 to help fund children resources at the new Somerset County Public Library in Crisfield,Md.

 The new state of the art facility will offer a broader collection of materials and resources said Gail Sheldon director of the Somerset County Library System.   

Construction of the new library is estimated to cost $5.2 million dollars, with an additional $750,000 needed to furnish the facility.
