Easton PD concludes child pornography investigation

Members of the Easton Police Department say after a six-month long investigation, they served a criminal summons to John Lockman Beebe, 56, on Thursday, and charged him with with 16 counts of Child Pornography Computers and 16 counts of Possession of Child Pornography.

Detectives say they conducted a search and seizure warrant at on N. Washington Street in Easton, and seized evidence including computer equipment. Police say they sent the computer equipment to the Department of Homeland Security for examination.

Police say that examination determined that unlawful images were assessed, complied and stored on the computer equipment.  Detectives then reportedly were able to obtain charges for the owner of the computer equipment.
