Early morning fire destroys Salisbury home

Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office say, they are currently investigating an early morning house fire that destroyed a home in Wicomico County.
Officials say, about seven different fire departments responded to the blaze on Friar Tuck Lane a little before 3:25 AM on Sunday. According to reports, the two story single family home lost close to $250,000 in damages. It reportedly took about an hour and a half and 33 fire firefighters to take control of the flames, on the second floor of the home.
