DSP looking for two tier two sex offenders in Sussex County
Police in Delaware say they are searching for two wanted sex offenders, because they reportedly haven’t reported their whereabouts.
The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit says they are currently looking for two tier two sex offenders, one in Lewes and one in Lincoln, after both failed to register their addresses with authorities. Police say the two men, 28-year-old Dustin Manahan, and 26-year-old Keshawn Kellam, are both moderate risk offenders.
Manahan is described by Police as a white man, standing 5′ 6″ tall, weighing 150 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He is believed to be living in the Rehoboth or Lewes area. Police say he is also wanted on several capiases, along with the failing to verify his address charge.
Kellam is described by Police as a black man, standing 6′ tall, weighing 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is thought to be living in or around Milford or Camden-Wyoming. Police say he is wanted on charges of failure to re-register or provide verification as a sex offender, and fail to re-register as a sex offender within three days of an address change.
