“Its a good problem to have, to see who get’s touches and make sure everybody gets an opportunity to shine.” “We put in alot of stuff in a short amount of time” said Gold team Head Coach Mike Tkach.
At his disposal, Tkach has a host of all state-first teamers such as Former Sussex Tech RB Kani Kane, Woodbridge QB Logan Wescott, Laurel RB Chuck August, St. George’s twin RB’s Taronn and Deuce Selby, Lake Forest FB John Flamer, as well as a host of conference first and second teamers.
The Gold team scrimmaged on Wednesday afternoon at Milford High School in front of friends and family. The game is in it’s 60th year, and began in 1956 with high school students played a benefit game to raise money for students with disABILITIES.
