Delaware woman arrested for 5th DUI

Lincoln woman is behind bars after she was charge with her 5th DUI.

Harrington Police say on Tuesday, Robin Evans was pulled over around 10:30 PM on on Benjamin Street for an undisclosed traffic violation.

When officers made contact with Evans, they say they immediately detected and strong odor of alcohol. Evans was arrested and brought to the Harrington Police Department for standard field sobriety tests were administered. She was eventually charged with 5th Offense Driving under the influence, failure to have identification in possession, and driving with a suspended or revoked license. 

Police say Evans had four other DUI convictions dating back to 2000.

She is being held on bond
