Del. teen meets Taylor Swift

Thanks to the Dover Police Department, a very sweet and deserving young lady got to meet Taylor Swift on Saturday night.

Victoria Marsh, a 13-year-old girl from northern Delaware, is a huge Taylor Swift fan. Victoria has a form of bone cancer called osteosarcoma.

Dover Police created a new video in hopes that Taylor Swift will see it and be willing to Facetime or even meet Victoria during her June tour in Philadelphia.

In February, the Dover Police Department became Youtube sensations with their hit lip-syncing video the Taylor Swift song “Shake It Off.” Swift’s record label gave Dover PD tickets to her concert in Philadelphia and the officers offered them to the Marsh family.

Initially, Victoria could not go to the concert because of her ongoing chemotherapy but we’re told doctors gave her an eight hour pass from her hospital room to make this happen.
