Victim recovering after drive-by shooting in Dover

The Dover Police Department say they are investigating a drive-by shooting in Dover, Monday night, sending one man to the hospital.
Police say, at about 9:00 PM, the 27 year old victim said he noticed an unknown vehicle driving past his home, located at the 1000 block of South Little Creek Road, at a slow rate of speed. Once the victim saw the rear driver window of that vehicle go down, he reportedly began to flee. According to reports the suspect fired about 4 or 5 shots, hitting the victim once in his left arm. The victim was taken to Bayhealth Kent General Hospital where medical officials have him listed as in stable condition.
At this time, police have no suspect information, and the victims cooperation is apparently minimal.
