UPDATE: Two arrested in connection to fatal shooting at Pine Grove Apartments

Police in Dover say they have made two arrests after the fatal shooting of a Dover man at a local apartment complex. Dover Police say during the investigation into the fatal shooting of 19-year-old DaShawn Friend at the Pine Grove Apartments on Thursday, they made two arrests.

Twenty seven-year-old Fchante Robertson, has been charged with 1st degree murder, and resisting arrest.

Robertson, along with 30-year-old James White, were charged with 1st degree robbery, conspiracy 2nd degree, possession of a deadly weapon during commission of a felony, possession of firearm by person prohibited, and possession of ammunition by person prohibited.

Bond information on the two Dover men, was not immediately available.

Police say the shooting happened around 9:40 AM on Thursday, in the parking lot of the complex. Friend had apparently been shot several times, and was pronounced dead on scene.
