UPDATE: Police identify victim in fatal Georgetown crash

Police have released the name of a Seaford man killed in a crash on Saturday in Georgetown.

Around 1:00 p.m., police say Michael McIntire, 42, drove off County Seat Highway and Old Furnace Road, hitting several signs before the vehicle went into a ditch.

Roads were temporarily shut down for over two hours.

The driver was unrestrained at the time of the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.
