Shorebirds Fall Late To Tourists

The Shorebirds fell Wednesday night in their home stand opener to the Tourists 9-5. The loss drops Delmarva to 15-10 on the year.

Delmarva would fight all the way back to tie the game up at 5-5, but the Tourist would have the last laugh. They plated 4 runs in the 8th to close out the game.
The teams return to action tomorrow for game 2 of the series, with first pitch at 7.
