Salisbury man arrested on third driving offense in 2015

A Salisbury man was arrested on Monday, after Police say he was driving an uninsured vehicle, without a license.
The Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office says on Monday, around 3:25 PM, a Deputy noticed 75-year-old Ralph Pusey driving on North Park Drive. The Deputy was apparently aware that Pusey’s privilege to drive in Maryland, had been suspended, and stopped him.
During the stop, authorities say they found that the vehicle Pusey was driving, was unregistered, uninsured, and had the license plate from another vehicle, installed. The investigation reportedly found that Pusey’s privilege to drive had been suspended since 2002, and that he has two pending court cases in June 2015 stemming from similar charges issued on March 6 and Feb 4.
Pusey was arrested, and charged with driving while suspended, driving without insurance, displaying registration plate issued to another vehicle, and operating an unregistered vehicle. He was later released on Personal Recognizance.
