Rubber Soul Brewery prepares for opening in Salisbury
A brand new Salisbury brewery will be up and running in mid-June.
Rubber Soul Brewing is putting the final touches on the location at Northwood Drive.
The 2,400 square-foot facility will have a retail area, barrel aging area, and tasting room to be open a few days a week.
Owner of the brew pub, Jesse Prall, says they are currently using a one-barrel system now, and plan to have a seven-barrel system by mid June.
All of the beer will be made in-house.
“We’ll really only be able to do growlers and we also have a crowler machine, which is a 32 ounce can of beer to go, which is great for the Eastern Shore, fishing, hiking, golfing, the beach,” he says. “Then we’ll be able to give samples.”
Prall says the tasting room will have a soft opening in mid-June for some sampling and plan to have a grand opening by August.
