Police following multiple leads after Salisbury shooting

It was in the doorway of a home on the eleven-hundred block of Bryn Mawr Drive in Salisbury that 20-year old James Skinner was gunned down in the early morning hours of Sunday.
Officers apparently found him lying where he was shot.
He was pronounced dead at PRMC.
Investigators believe a number of suspects may have been involved in Skinner’s death. However, since it appears he was targeted, the suspected gunmen on the loose do not appear to pose an imminent threat to the public.
State and local Police are now working together on this case, and we’re told they have multiple active leads they’re following.
Maryland State Police Gang Task Force is assisting as well, saying they’re exploring all possibilities.
Skinner’s murder is the first homicide investigation within Salisbury city limits since the shooting death of Andres Aguilera on October 28th, 2012.
Police are encouraging anyone with information on the shooting as well as any witnesses to call Crime solvers at 410-548-1776.
They are even offering a cash reward.
