One man has charges dropped in Dover home burglary case

A man accused of a home burglary in Dover, had his charges dropped in Kent County.

According to the Delaware Department of Justice, 22-year-old Ryan Vaina was facing attempted burglary second degree, conspiracy second degree, and criminal mischief. Those charges were dropped Friday morning.

Vaina was one of two men arrested in connection to a home burglary on Maple Parkway in Dover.
