One arrested, one wanted, after attempted burglary in Dover

Police in Dover say they have arrested one man, and are looking for another, in connection to a home burglary.
Dover Police say on Monday, around 12:50 PM, 22-year-old Ryan Vaina, and 24-year-old Robert Cook tried to get into a home on Maple Parkway, by prying their way through a back door.
According to the report, the resident arrived home while the the two were trying to get inside, causing them to run. The victim apparently recognized the suspects, and contacted Police.
Shortly there after Police found Vaina near the home, and arrested him without incident. He was charged with attempted burglary second degree, conspiracy second degree, and criminal mischief, before being released on a $6,250 unsecured bond.
Police say they are still looking for Cook, a Hartly resident, on the same charges. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact Dover Police at 302-736-7111.
