Memorial Day Weekend Forecast

What a weekend it is going to turn out to be here along the eastern shore of Delmarva! If you have any outdoor plans then you’re in for a treat.

Historically, Memorial Day weekend is a warm and almost hot weekend. The past two holiday weekends have been pretty warm here on Delmarva, but this year looks to be a bit cooler, but still nice!

High pressure will keep the sun around all day on Saturday, but temperatures will be a bit cool in the mid and upper 60s at the beaches and close to 70 inland. Plenty of sun remains in the forecast for Sunday with milder air in the low 70s at the beaches and upper 70s inland. Memorial Day itself will be partly to mostly sunny and slightly humid. Highs will be in the upper 70s at the beaches and low to mid 80s inland.

If you do decide to venture into the chilly ocean waters this weekend, be sure to swim near a lifeguard at all times.
