Easton HS student charged after reportedly threatening to blow up school

A Trappe teenager has been arrested, after Police say he threatened to blow up his school.
Easton Police say on Thursday, Officers were contacted by Easton High School officials who said that 18-year-old Noah Dorbin had been involved in a argument with another student, during their graduation rehearsal.
According to the report, Dorbin and the other student were arguing, and Dorbin shoved the other student. School Officials reportedly told Police that as Dorbin was separated from the other student, he threatened to “blow the school up.” Dorbin then reportedly walked off school ground. The other student was reportedly not injured.
Police say not much later, they found and arrested Dorbin, and charged him with arson threat, assault 2nd degree, and disrupting school activity. During the Police investigation, they say they found that Dorbin didn’t have or have access to firearms or explosive materials.
Dorbin was first being held at the Talbot County Detention Center, however his family reportedly later posted bail.
Police say Dorbin wasn’t allowed to attend the graduation ceremony, and they provided extra Police personnel at the ceremony, and the after-graduation party. There were apparently no other incidents.
