DSU Baseball Gets Thumped By Florida A&M

The Delaware State baseball team ran into trouble late in a 12-2 loss to Florida A&M in the MEAC tournament. The Hornets will now face either Norfolk St. of Bethune-Cookman.

The Hornets would plate the first run of the game, and hold on to the lead through the first 5 innings. But the bats would come alive in the bottom of the 6th for the Rattlers, as they plated 5 runs there to take the lead. Florida A&M would go on to score 6 of the next 7 runs as they rolled to the win.
