Delaware third in bicycle-friendly states

Delaware continues to move in the right direction when in comes to cycling.

According to the League of American Bicyclists ranking of ‘”bicycle-friendly” states, Delaware moved up to number three, making a one spot jump from last year’s number four ranking.

It’s been a swift improvement, in 2008 Delaware ranked 31st.  Meanwhile, Maryland dropped three spots from going from number seven to 10. While Virginia made progress coming in at 13, moving up from 18.
