UPDATE: Two accused in Felton church arsons enter pleas

Two Delaware men have pleaded guilty to arson charges after three Felton-area churches were destroyed back in December.

Twenty seven-year-old Alex Harrington Jr., of Frederica, and 26-year-old Joseph Skochelak, of Felton, entered their pleas on Monday, in Kent County Superior Court. The men pleaded guilty to three counts of second-degree arson, third degree burglary, and second-degree conspiracy.

The Manship Chapel, Healing Hands Christian Church, and the Laws Mennonite Church were the three churches devastated in the over-night fires on December 2, 2014. The damage to all three churches is estimated at $86,000.

Harrington and Skochelak face up to 29 years in prison at their sentencing on June 23.
