UPDATE: Rehoboth father enters guilty plea in son’s murder

A 21-year-old father in Delaware, pleaded guilty this week, to murdering one of his two 3-month-old sons.

Delaware Department of Justice officials tell 47 ABC, Sidney Davis III, pleaded guilty to murder by abuse 2nd degree and assault 2nd degree on Tuesday, in Sussex County Superior Court.

The plea comes after the Rehoboth father shook his crying son in an attempt to quiet him last May. An autopsy revealed young Zhaden Davis died from homicide, due to head trauma.

DOJ officials say Davis will be sentenced in June, he faces between ten and 33 years in prison. According to Delaware State Police, the other male twin was uninjured, and is in the care of his mother.
