UPDATE: Hamilton indicted for murder of his wife

A man who was found in Indiana after an Amber Alert was issued for his children, has been indicted for the murder of his wife.
The Delaware Department of Justice says on Monday, they indicted 32-year-old Cortez Hamilton on charges of first degree murder, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Officials say Hamilton has been charged with the death of his wife, Keisha Hamilton, who has been missing since Jan. 10, 2015. Cortez Hamilton was found in Indiana on January 10th, and arrested on assault, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child charges.
He was then extradited back to Delaware, and was ordered to be held at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on a $402,000 cash bond. An investigation by the Delaware State Police reportedly led to the new charges.
Officials clarify that Hamilton’s wife, Keisha Hamilton is still missing, but prosecutors reportedly believe there is sufficient evidence to bring the murder charge.
