UPDATE: Hamilton allegedly murdered wife using hammer

The Delaware man who was found in Indiana after an Amber Alert was issued for his children has been charged in the murder of his wife.
Cortez Hamilton, 32, is accused of killing Keisha Hamilton, who has been missing since January. According to his indictment, he murdered Keisha Hamilton with a hammer. Court documents say the alleged murder was in the presence of his children.
Cortez Hamilton faces numerous charges including 1st degree murder, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
These charges are separate from the ones Hamilton faces when was found in Indiana on January 10th and arrested. At that time, he was charged with assault, and possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was then extradited back to Delaware, and was ordered to be held on bond.
Department of Justice officials say Keisha Hamilton is still missing, but prosecutors reportedly have sufficient evidence to bring the murder charge.
