UPDATE: Brandon Moore faces judge in Wicomico Co.

One of three men arrested during a protest at last year’s Salisbury Christmas parade has been found guilty of three out of five counts.
Brandon Moore attended his trial in Wicomcio District Court Wednesday. He’s been found guilty of failure to obey, disorderly conduct, and second degree assault.
Earlier this year Moore waived the right to a jury trial. He is sentenced to probation before judgement. However, that sentencing does come with conditions.
Moore must serve five days in jail and then complete forty-five days of the warden’s work program.
Moore also has been fined a total of $700.
