Shooting sends one man to hospital in Accomack Co.

An Accomack County man is behind bars after authorities say he shot someone trespassing on his property.
According to the Accomack County Sheriff’s Office, Christopher Floyd 54, of Pungoteague shot Lous Lilliston, 41 of Greenbush on Monday after he says Lilliston was trespassing.
Lilliston was treated and released at a local hospital.
Both men were arrested in the incident. Floyd faces numerous charges including malicious wounding and use of firearm in commission of a felony. He is being held without bond.
Police say Lilliston was charged with trespassing and later released.
