Queen Anne’s Lacrosse Coast Past WiHi

The Queen Anne’s boys lacrosse team picked up a nice road win Friday, taking down Wicomico High School 14-2. The loss drops the Indians record to 0-4.

The Lions would jump out to a quick lead. Brandon Hickman and Seamus Mclavtin would score almost at will as they watched their lead quickly grow. The Indians would continue to battle, though. Joey Monfort would score a nice goal, getting by his defender and then beating the keeper low. But the Lions defense wasn’t going to let up their lead as they would hold on for the win. 

Queen Anne’s returns to action Saturday for the Scoop Kelly Tournament-Bel Air tournament.
