Milford man arrested on drug charges after K-9 track

Police in Milford say with a little help from a K-9, they were able to track down and arrest a suspect, after he fled from officers.
Milford Police say on Thursday, Officers were investigating something on Linstone Lane, when they noticed a vehicle violate several traffic laws. According to the report, the Officers then attempted to pull the vehicle over, but it fled into the parking lot of the Silver Lake Apartments. Police say the driver then ran from the vehicle.
A K-9 unit from Milford Police then responded to the scene, and was able to track the suspect to a nearby wooded area, where he was taken into custody. The driver, 18-year-old Jeremiah Bonville, of Greenwood, reportedly had 151.52 grams of marijuana, and a digital scale on him.
Bonville was charged with possession with the intent to deliver marijuana, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana with an aggravating factor, possession of drug paraphernalia, along with multiple traffic charges. He was later released on $12,500 unsecured bond.
