Dover PD issue gold alert for 84-year-old

Dover Police Department have issued a Gold Alert for a missing 84-year-old man.

We’re told Francis Moore, Sr. suffers from dementia and other medical conditions. Police say Moore Sr. was supposed to be picked up at the Modern Maturity Center by his son-in-law between 2:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday.

According to police, the son may have taken Moore to a residence in the 200 block of North Kirkwood Street; however police have been unable to contact anyone in the residence in person or by phone, therefore officers have not been able to confirm the well-being of Moore.

Moore is described a  black male, 5’3″, 140 lbs, dark skin, gray hair, and was last seen wearing a blue jogging suit with black sneakers and a black jacket.
