Camden woman accused of selling fake gold bars

A Camden woman is facing charges, after she apparently sold fake gold bars to a pawn shop.
Harrington Police say on March 24th and 25th 36-year-old Rachel Zerbe went into a local pawn shop, and sold what appeared to be gold bars, and received over $16,000 for them.
Detectives say the victim later tested the bars, and found them to be fake. On April 1st, Police say Zerbe contacted the shop again, and said she had more gold bars to sell. The owner contacted Police, who then waited at the shop for Zerbe to arrive.
When Zerbe arrived, Police say then took her into custody, and found her in possession of more fake gold bars. She was charged with two counts of theft by false pretense over $1,500, and one count of attempted theft by false pretense over $1,500, before being released.
