Beam scores four more as IR continues dominance

The Indian River girls’ soccer team posted their fifth straight shutout, giving them seven in their eight games, as they dominated Laurel 9-0 Thursday afternoon.

Brittany Beam scored four goals in the first half, including the first three of the game. Madison Hogsten, Natalie Herrera, Margret Ford, Davina Baine, and Paige Troublefield all contributed one goal each for IR.

The Indians are back in action Saturday when they host Caesar Rodney, while Laurel travels to take on St. Andrews on Tuesday.
