3 arrested in Magnolia on drug and gun charges

Delaware State Police say they have arrested 3 people following a drug investigation in Magnolia.
At 6 AM Thursday morning, 2 Delaware law enforcement agencies executed a search warrant at a residence on Terry Drive and another on South Draper Circle.
Upon the authorities arrival at the Terry Drive residence, William Bessicks, 29, and Yaschi Seney, 28, were reportedly taken into custody.
A police search apparently revealed 11.5 grams of crack cocaine, 3 grams of powder cocaine, 5 grams of marijuana, as well as over $1,500.00 in suspected drug proceeds, and a fully loaded handgun.
5 children were in the house at the time and were turned over to a relative.
Police then executed another search warrant at the South Draper Circle address, where Sheri Paitsel, 56, was taken into custody.
Police say a search of that residence revealed 0.1 gram of crack cocaine, a switchblade knife, and other drug paraphernalia.
Bessicks was committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center where he is being held one $88,200 cash bond.
He facing the following charges:
- Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Person Prohibited Who Also Possesses a Controlled Substance
- Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance in a Tier 2 Quantity (Crack Cocaine)
- 2 counts of Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition by a Person Prohibited
- Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine
- Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana, (Conspiracy 2nd)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, (Conspiracy 3rd)
- 5 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child
Seney was committed to the Delores J. Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution where she is being held on $51,200 cash bond.
She is facing the following charges:
- Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Person Prohibited Who Also Possesses a Controlled Substance
- Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance in a Tier 2 Quantity (Crack Cocaine)
- Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine
- Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana, (Conspiracy 2nd)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, (Conspiracy 3rd)
- 5counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child
Paitsel was committed to the Delores J. Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution where she is being held on $57,200 cash bond.
She is facing the following charges:
- 4 counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine
- Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance
- Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Person Prohibited
- Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon
- Possession of a Controlled Substance
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
