Wicomico State’s Attorney Maciarello receives “Citizen of the Year” award

Wicomico State’s Attorney Matt Maciarello was honored with the “Citizen of the Year” award at the Elks Club on Wednesday evening.

Maciarello has been the States attorney for Wicomico county since January 3rd, 2011 and is the assistant legal counsel for the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce and also served as a youth soccer coach.

47 ABC spoke with Maciarello and he told us, “Just honored and privileged, I get to share this with my family, my mom and my dad, my wife, my children.  So I just feel like luckiest guy in the world tonight.”
