UPDATE: Police release photo in fatal Harbeson crash

Delaware State Police say they are investigating a crash on Harbeson Road which left 1 man dead.
Just before noon Saturday, authorities say that 26 year-old Rashai Harmon of Lewes, who is wanted on various charges, was attempting to flee Delaware State Troopers when his Chevy Tahoe apparently struck a Kia Soul which was occupied by four passengers.
Following the accident State police say 74 year-old Charles Permint, who was a passenger in the Soul, was transported to Beebe Medical Center in Lewes where he was later pronounced dead.
Police say Harmon was also transported to Beebe where was treated for minor injuries.
After his release from Beebe, authorities say Harmon was transported to Troop 7 where he was arrested and charged with Murder 2nd Degree, 2 counts of Vehicular Assault 1st Degree, 2 counts of Vehicular Assault 2nd Degree, 4 counts of Reckless Endangering 1st Degree, Possession of a Deadly Weapon during the Commission of a Felony, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Disregarding a Police Officers Signal, Second Offense DUI, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Heroin, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Crack Cocaine, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Marijuana, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Powder Cocaine, Resisting Arrest, and multiple other traffic offenses.
Two other passengers of the Soul were reportedly taken to Beebe where they were treated for minor injuries and were eventually released.
In addition, a 3 year-old girl, who was also in the Soul, was flown to the A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children where she is apparently being treated for serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Authorities say the intersection of Harbeson Road and Forest Road was closed for approximately 4 hours as the crash was investigated and cleared.
