UPDATE: Mom accused of sending heroin to daycare, enters plea

A Sussex County mother has pleaded guilty to one count of child endangerment.
This, after police say her daughter handed out heroin at her day-care thinking it was candy. Ashley Tull reportedly entered the plea yesterday. We’re told Tull is facing one year of probation. She was also ordered to complete a substance abuse evaluation and treatment recommendations.
Delaware Department of Justice’s Carl Kanefsky says Tull must comply with DFS regarding contact with her children. Tull was charged in October 2014 after police said her daughter unknowingly took over 200 packets of heroin to a Selbyville day care, then passed them out to several children.
