Two cited on drug and alcohol charges after Cambridge traffic stop

Police in Cambridge say they charged two people, after drugs were found during a traffic stop.
Cambridge Police say on Thursday afternoon, around 1:00 PM, Officers stopped a vehicle on Muir Street for a traffic violation. During the stop, Officers say they found that the driver 19-year-old Seth Cabeceiras of Cambridge, and a passenger identified as 20-year-old Damir Edwards, of Easton, had both marijuana, and alcohol on them.
Police say they seized the items, and issued both men a Maryland Civil Citation. Cabeceiras was charged with possession of marijuana under 10 grmas, and possession of an alcoholic beverage under the age of 21, while Edwards was charged with possession of marijuana under 10 grams.
Both were later released pending trial.
