Still no indictment for Harrington teen facing murder charges

A Harrington teen facing charges for allegedly killing his father with a crossbow has not been indicted.

Back in December, 17-year-old Seth Ramsey waived his right to a preliminary hearing, but a spokesman for the Department of Justice says he has not been indicted. Therefore, no trial date has been set.

Delaware State Police say they found the body of Todd Ramsey, 41, in a bedroom of his Harrington home on December 11th. Police were reportedly contacted by coworkers of Todd, who went to the home to check on him after he did not show up to work for a few days. When they did so, Seth told them he “may have killed his father.”

Ramsey is reportedly being charged as an adult for first-degree murder, among other charges.
