Stephen Decatur Falls To Huntingtown

The playoffs continued on to Saturday afternoon as did Stephen Decatur hosted the Huntingtown Hurricanes looking to stay alive in the tournament.

Both teams were playing well on both sides of the ball, but they could not get their shots to fall. Decatur’s bigs down low were not being utilized as they had a lot of height difference between them and the Huntingtown players. Last week against Parkside, Decatur played extremely well and went through their big on the baseline and put away a lot of shots while picking up some big offense of rebounds. However, throughout the first half, that was not the case for the Seahawks and it would continue in the second half.

With time running out in the half, Huntington Lakes number??? Dropped a three pointer from behind the arc giving his team the one point lead heading into half 23 to 22. The Seahawks finished out their season today after a loss to Huntingtown, 65-54.
