No criminal charges in Sussex Co. Courthouse prank

No criminal charges have been filed in a courthouse prank taken a little too far in Sussex County.
Back in February, 47 ABC reported that state prosecutor Adam Geloff allegedly asked Chief Baliff Delbert Garrison to point his service weapon at an unnamed Deputy Attorney General.
It was reportedly the latest stunt in a series of pranks but the first to involve a weapon.
Sources close to the Sussex County courthouse tell 47 ABC, both Geloff and Garrison were suspended from their jobs and the incident launched an internal investigation, but the investigation showed a lack of criminal intent.
Sources tell 47 ABC Garrison reportedly has his job back, and the bailiffs are no longer allowed to use weapons. As for Geloff, a spokesman for the Department of Justice says a Deputy Attorney General is still suspended without pay.
